It would appear that Richard Wheatley bought these boxes in, as they can be found in the USA with other imprints or logos. They appear in the 1955 catalogue but had dissappeared by 1968. The boxes are made from yellow celluloid and most have 8 sections (4 wide by two high). A very rare 6 section box exists with type 2 fastenings.(RR). The Large Made in England logo appears on the top row second section and is meant to be read from the bottom of the box. The boxes are found in varying shades of yellow possibly because the sun bleached the celluloid and may have made it brittle. There appears to have been some problems with the boxes staying closed as there appears to be 4 types all seem to be rare with type 1 being RR and 2 and 3 being R and type 4 being E
